Richard has over 10 years of experience providing critical safety services to diverse organizations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding human health in complex environments. His background includes serving as an industrial hygienist for both large-scale public institutions and private firms. Richard holds a Master of Science in Environmental Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University. He maintains dual board certifications as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS).
